In most departments the minimum age requirement is 18. Youth groups are 5 youths to 1 leader. Volunteers between the ages of 12 and 14 must be accompanied by an adult.

The Rescue Mission will consider all applications for volunteer staff positions
without regard to race, religion, color, sex, national origin, citizenship,
disability, socioeconomic status or marital status.

	We understand that we will not be paid for our services as volunteers. We agree to abide by the policies and proceedures of the agency.

	As a nonpaid group leader, I understand that I and all nonpaid members of my group are not covered by the Rescue Mission's medical insurance. If I or any member of my group is injured while donating services to the Rescue Mission, the Rescue Mission is not responsible for any medical fees.

	We hereby release the Rescue Mission and its representatives from liability and all other persons, corporations or organizations for furnishing such information.
